LED Removal / Replacement
Step 1: Accessing the LED Strips

Locate the Strips: Identify the LED strips you need to replace.

Clear the Area: Ensure you have enough space to work comfortably.
Step 2: Removing the Old LED Strips

Screws and Clips/Bands:

Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the wood piece from the walls

Carefully detach the LED strip from the wall

Channels/Profiles:

There are plastic pieces that hold the LED to the wood, which is fastened by a screw.

Then, remove the LED strip.

Step 3: Disconnecting the Old LED Strips

Locate the Connection: Find where the LED strip connects to the wiring. This is a "molex 4 prong" connector, disconnect carefully by pressing down on the little lever on the connector.

Disconnect:
- Connector: If there's a connector, carefully unplug it
Step 4: Preparing the New LED Strips

Unpack: Carefully unpack the new sauna-rated LED strip lights.

Prepare Connections:

Connector: If the new LED strip has a compatible connector, you can simply plug it in.

Step 5: Connecting the New LED Strips
- Connector: If using connectors, plug the new LED strip into the corresponding connector.
Step 6: Mounting the New LED Strips
Mount the new LED strips using the same method as the old ones:

Screws and Clips/Bands:

Position the new LED strip.

Attach the clips or bands to the LED base using the screws.

Snap the LED strip into the wall

- Adhesive Backing: (IF APPLICABLE)
- Clean the mounting surface thoroughly.
- Peel off the backing from the new LED strip and press it firmly onto the surface.
- For added security, especially in a sauna, use clips or bands in conjunction with the adhesive.
Step 7: Testing and Final Check

Test the Lights: Turn on the LED strips and ensure they are working correctly. Check for even illumination and any flickering.

Inspect Connections: Double-check all wire connections to ensure they are secure.

Clean Up: Remove any tools or debris from the sauna.
