Sauna Disassembly
How to Disassemble your beem Light Sauna
Tools Required

Phillips screwdriver or electric drill with Phillips bit

Step stool or ladder (for ceiling access)

Masking tape and pen (for labeling wires)

Ziplock bags (for screws)
-
Helper (optional but recommended)
Preparation

Turn off power to the sauna.
If it's plugged in, unplug it. If hardwired, shut off power at the breaker. -
Clear the sauna interior.
Remove benches, accessories, and anything detachable inside. -
Label all electrical connectors.
Use masking tape to mark connectors (e.g., “LED 1”, “Heater 2”) to make reassembly easier.
Disassembly Steps
Step 1: Disconnect Ceiling Electrical Connections

Stand on a step stool to reach the ceiling panel.

Carefully unplug all cables: heater, control panel, fans, LED strips.

Ensure all wires are disconnected before proceeding to ceiling removal.
Step 2: Remove the Ceiling Panel

With the help of a second person, lift and remove the ceiling panel.

Set aside on a flat surface to avoid damage.
Step 3: Unscrew the Front Wall (6 Phillips Screws)

Locate and remove the 6 screws connecting the front wall.

Gently pull the front wall away. Handle with care.
Step 4: Unscrew the Back Wall (6 Phillips Screws)

Remove the 6 screws holding the back wall.
Step 5: Detach Side Walls

Now that the front wall is removed and the back wall is unscrewed, gently pull each side wall outward.

Place stage all wall pieces against a wall with padded protection on the corners (to prevent damages)
Post-Disassembly Tips

Place all screws into labeled Ziplock bags by wall (e.g., “Front Wall Screws”).

Bundle and tape cables to prevent tangling.
-
Store panels vertically with padding to avoid scratching.
(Optional) Take Photos During Disassembly
This helps you remember wire positions, wall orientation, and sequence.
